Accudata Systems, Inc., Vendor ID 176-002-5821-800, offers products and services to Texas governmental and public educational entities at discounted prices through DIR cooperative contracts. DIR eligible customers may purchase products and services directly through the contracts on this page. Please submit purchase orders directly to Accudata.
Purchases made directly by DIR customers from Accudata Systems for products and related services are governed by the terms and conditions of the following contracts

Terms and Conditions for Warranty and Return Items
Purchases are subject to any manufacturer terms and/or license agreements included with the product.
Hardware and Software purchases are subject to any manufacturer terms and/or license agreements included with the product.
Freight – F. O. B. manufacturer
Terms – Net 30 days with credit approval
Order Modification / Cancellation – All items ordered for the project will be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy, which, in some cases, will not allow for the return of an item, or, if allowed, subject to a restocking charge.
Prices do not include sales tax and are subject to change without notice.
Proposed Hours – Unless otherwise noted, all hours proposed are estimates. ASI will invoice on actual hours throughout the duration of the project.
Travel Charges – Each on-site visit by an Accudata Systems engineer in the greater metropolitan area will incur a minimum travel charge of one hour at the proposed hourly rate. Travel outside the greater metropolitan area will be proposed separately. All travel expenses shall be in accordance with State Travel Regulations.
Overtime and After Hours Service – Contracted discounts apply to all work performed as stated in the Pricing Schedule for the associated DIR contract.
Any renewal items quoted are based on the information Accudata Systems currently has on record for your company. Please review this carefully and contact us if there are any discrepancies. We will be happy to research any issues and update your records accordingly. If you do not renew your support before the expiration date, this pricing analysis may need to be adjusted due to vendor fees and/or price increases.
